WHAT DISTRIBUTORS CAN DO

Distributors play a key role in brand protection and product control. It is essential that distributors:

  • Implement stricter inventory controls
  • Adhere to salon purchase limits in-store and online
  • Educate their sales force on product diversion and the damage it causes the industry
  • Identify at-risk salons that may be selling to diverters and immediately terminate them
  • Remind salons of the JPMS Brand Protection policy and provide brand protection support
